Doris is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry. As General Manager of Shell Aviation in Asia Pacific and Middle East, Doris oversees the global aviation business, leading more than 200 people across operations, sales and marketing.
Having held various leadership roles within Shell, she is responsible for strategic planning and growth initiatives; product and service offerings; customer relationships and market development; and operations and logistics management.
Faris Pleho
Lead Analyst for Aviation, MSCI Carbon Markets
Faris leads the product development of the aviation offering within carbon markets at MSCI. His research focuses on aviation decarbonisation, covering areas such as CORSIA, Sustainable Aviation Fuels, advanced technologies and non-CO2 emissions.
Faris joined MSCI through the acquisition of Trove Research in November 2023. Prior to this, he was a senior research and development engineer and subject matter expert on sustainable aviation technologies at Parker-Meggitt Aerospace. Faris holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Imperial College London.

Milind has over two decades of experience working with clients in the US as well as in Asia, raising capital (capital markets as well as corporate and structured finance) as well as executing strategic risk management transactions for corporate clients. Milind has an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
